Why You Need a Coach

Forget the image you have of your high school volleyball coach - you know, the one with sports socks pulled up over his knees.

Instead imagine having your own personal cheerleader in your corner - someone who can bear witness to the messy, wonderful, crazy, joy-filled, isolating, beautiful live that you are living.

Imagine having someone in your corner who will remind you to breathe, to care for yourself, to help you discover your path as you move more deeply into the trenches of parenting, of womanhood, of motherhood of life.

What might a life coach help you with?

  • Maybe you are percolating a new idea but need someone to help you come up with an actionable game plan to make it happen.

  • Maybe your life is a litany of must-dos, and you have forgotten how to reconnect with who you are in your core.

  • Maybe you feel the need to be heard, deeply heard, by someone who is able to help you tap into your inner knowing.

  • Maybe you are juggling a career, motherhood and your creative passions, and want to tap into how to do this in a wholistic way that doesn't burn you out.

  • Maybe you come to the end of most days and you have discovered that you have done very little for yourself.

Coaching can help with these challenges, and so much more.

My coaching approach is built upon the four pillars of the Mama Bliss Coaching School:

Establishing small rituals and habits that will sustain you and help keep you healthy through whatever life is throwing your way.

Finding time to connect with your muse and the healing that comes when you connect with making and creating.

Reflecting on your values and figuring out how to make them come alive in the choices you make every day.

Paring down possessions, distractions and activities in your life so that you are better able live your life in line with your values.

I use and return to these pillars as touchpoints in my life and in all of my coaching conversations, using them to bring me back to centre when my life gets overwhelming. And I can't wait to share them with you.

If have not yet experienced a coaching relationship, and are curious about how it can positively impact your life, please get in touch with me! I offer no obligation discovery calls where you can learn a little bit more about me and my coaching approach.
